About our Piece:
In August 2019 musicians and friends Leonie Roessler and Shanti Suki Osman spent 5 days together exploring the reaches of the universe from a basement studio in Berlin, through vibrations, voice, guitar and sounds of far away forests, and with the unlikely guide of Stockhausen’s Intuitive Music. Here is an 18-minute peek into their journey: Abwärts und Aufwärts out of Stockhausen’s “Aus den sieben Tagen” - recorded with the windows open to let the sounds around Altes Finanzamt in Neukölln be part of their performance.
